Biography in Context: Biographical information on people from around the world and throughout history.

Books & Authors: Includes What Do I Read Next? print series, book reviews, bibliographies, and links to related social sites like delicious.com. Users also can create reading and search lists in their user accounts, which remain intact from visit to visit in a “My Reading Room” feature.

Brands & Their Companies: Directory information on brands and who makes them.

Business & Company Resource Center: Company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, and full-text articles.

Chicago Consumers' Checkbook (In Library Use Only): Consumer ratings on businesses and services for the Chicago Metro area. Search for plumbers, roofers, doctors, dentists, and more.

Chicago Tribune: Full text of the Chicago Tribune from 1849 to present. Search all of the Tribune, choose the historical newspapers to search 1849-1987, or choose Chicago Tribune to search 1985 to present. Another option is to limit search to obituaries.

Communications and Mass Media: A collection of more than 250 magazines focused on all aspects of the communications field: key subjects covered include advertising and public relations, linguistics, and literature.

Nursing and Allied Health Collection: All aspects of the Nursing profession--from direct patient care to health care administration--are covered in this collection.

Opposing Viewpoints in Context: Features viewpoint articles, topic overviews, full-text magazine, academic journal, and newspaper articles, primary source documents, statistics, images and podcasts, and links to Web sites on today's social issues.

Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Collection: Predominantly full-text, this collection's topics include proven treatment techniques, experimental research theses, and many more. Coverage begins in 1980.

Pop Culture Collection: Provides useful information for any researcher in a social science, history, art, or liberal arts course. The collection is made up of 100 subject-appropriate periodicals, which are predominantly full-text.

Public Records Electronic Database: Database of new homeowners, new businesses, foreclosures, and bankruptcies for Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will Counties.

Reference USA: Telephone directory of over 15 million U.S. and Canadian businesses and 89 million residential phone numbers. The business database allows searching by industry or yellow page heading and limiting by sales, business size, or geographical location. Great for creating marketing lists or searching for a new job.

Religion & Philosophy Collection: Research different religions and philosophies with articles from 250 popular and scholarly journals.

Science in Context: Articles from science journals and reference books such as science encyclopedias on topics covering all the sciences, including biology, chemistry, geology, and physics.

Small Business Collection: Find articles from business journals for insights, tips, strategies, and success stories on starting and running a small business.

Student Resources in Context: Covering all core curriculum areas, including history, literature, science, social studies, and more, SRC-Gold provides a premium selection of reference material, more than 1,100 full-text periodicals and newspapers, primary sources, creative works, and multimedia, including hours of video and audio clips and podcasts. Premier reference content includes the American Journey Series, American Decades, Career Information Center and the SRC Health Module.
