ALLDATA (In Library Use Only): Comprehensive resource for automotive diagnostic and repair information. Ancestry Library Edition (In Library Use Only): Premier genealogy resource. Includes U.S. Census records, immigration files, plus much more. Biography in Context: Biographical information on people from around the world and throughout history. Books & Authors: Includes What Do I Read Next? print series, book reviews, bibliographies, and links to related social sites like delicious.com. Users also can create reading and search lists in their user accounts, which remain intact from visit to visit in a “My Reading Room” feature. Brands & Their Companies: Directory information on brands and who makes them. Business & Company Resource Center: Company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, and full-text articles. Chicago Consumers' Checkbook (In Library Use Only): Consumer ratings on businesses and services for the Chicago Metro area. Search for plumbers, roofers, doctors, dentists, and more. Chicago Tribune: Full text of the Chicago Tribune from 1849 to present. Search all of the Tribune, choose the historical newspapers to search 1849-1987, or choose Chicago Tribune to search 1985 to present. Another option is to limit search to obituaries. Communications and Mass Media: A collection of more than 250 magazines focused on all aspects of the communications field: key subjects covered include advertising and public relations, linguistics, and literature. The business database allows searching by industry or yellow page heading and limiting by sales, business size, or geographical location.
